이번엔 잭이 먼저 알아 차렸네요.
만약 이번 책이 25권이 아니라 07권정도 됐었고, 그리고 애니가 먼저 알아차렸다면..
잭이 "Are you nuts?" 이라고 했었겠죠 ^^
매트하로 향하는 잭과 애니..
그곳엔 모간이 있습니다. ^^ 최근에 끝에만 등장하신 분께서 이번엔 첫번째 권부터 등장!
이번 4번의 모험은 special magic 을 찾아나서게 됩니다.
그리고 주워지는 종이 한장과 과거의 영국으로 출동!
저 멀리 템즈강을 가로지르는 London Bridge가 보입니다.
잭과 애니도 함께 그곳으로 가려는 참에
고약한 냄새가 진동을 합니다만..
아무도 신경쓰지 않습니다(mind)
그리고 지나가는 10대 청소년들 또한 빠르게 지나가며(brush past), 늦을지도 모른다고 소리칩니다.
어떤게 늦을지도 모른다는 걸까요?
잭과 애니도 그들의 뒤를 따라 출발!!

거기에선 여러가지 많이 팔고 있습니다.
그리고 우리에 갇힌 동물을 발견하게 되는데
애니는 특별히 곰에 관심이 많이 갑니다.
책에서 내용을 찾아보니 곰과 개가 싸움을 붙인다고 써있고
지금은 불법이라고 하네요.
아마 당시에 여기에 수 많은 내기가 있었겠죠. ㅠㅠ
애니는 Dan(곰)을 구하려고 하지만 갑자기 주인이 나타나버립니다.
사실 곰을 구한다 해도 그 후에 무언가 할지는 생각하지 못했네요.
갑자기 그리고 나타나는 한 사람.. 이 사람은 누구일까요?

윌리암께서 자신의 보트에 태워 잭과 애니를 매트하 근처까지 데려다줍니다.
그 길에 엘리자벳 여왕께서 사탕을 너무 먹어서 이가 썩은 이야기와..
20년동안 거울을 보지못했다는 얘기를 들었네요.. <-- 이렇게 이해했는지 맞지요? ^^;
그리고 집으로 돌아온 잭과 애니는 윌리암이 셰익스피어였다는걸 알게 됩니다 ^^
