TV에서 정오까지 비가온다고 했지만 시간이 지나도 계속 내리내요
하지만 레인용품(=rain gear, rain stuff=우산, 판초우의 등)를 들고
다시 매트하로 향하게 됩니다.
잭은 당근!! medallion과 blue silk bookmark도 챙겼네요.
오늘은 과연 M을 만날 수 있을까요?
매트하에서 아주 멋진 책 한권을 발견합니다. 아주 멋진 해변..
오늘은 이 곳으로 떠나네요. 떠나기 직전에 폴리라는 앵무새가 나타나 너무 늦었어를 연발합니다.
앵무새는 왜 너무 늦었다고 하는걸까요?
해변에 도착한 잭과 애니.. 잭을 좀 더 살펴보려던 책을 잭의 가방에 쑤셔넣고, 책은 해변에서 보라고 소리칩니다.
아주 멋진 해변을 두고 성질급한 애니가 가만히 있을리 없겠죠.
바다에 저 멀리 배한대가 보이다가 .. 어느새 가까워졌습니다.
잭은 이제 깃발을 확인할 수 있었는데요.
바로 해적의 깃발이였군요.
이제서야 책을 살펴보는 잭과 애니..
책의 제목은 바로.. "캐리비안의 해적"(Pirates of the Caribbean) 이였습니다.

우선 look은 2형식 동사다
1형식: 주어+동사+(부사)
2형식: 주어+동사+보어(형용사 or 명사)
2형식과 5형식 보어자리에는 부사가 올 수 없다.
따라서 부사인 wonderfully가 아니라 wonderfully가 와야한다.
이 문장을 한글로 해석하면 아주 멋져 => 보였다로 해석이 되기 때문에
wonderfully(부사)로 생각할 수 있지만 영어에선 형용사를 쓴다.

애니의 마법을 믿는 힘과
잭의 책을 좋아하는 능력이 만나게 되면서 볼 수 있었다고 합니다. ㅎㅎㅎ
모간 할머니께서는 다시 되돌아가고, 잭과 애니는 집으로 돌아옵니다.
하지만 모간 할머니께서 medallion 을 두고 가셨네요.
